The last exit in NM. headed West. Steins an old stagecoach, railroad, tourist attraction. Restored in the 70s. No dying in place again. 

Then it's on to the Wilcox, Arizona another dying town living on the hopes of wine, a growing number of RV parks away from the freeway and truck stop noise, and tourist to keep it on the return road. This visit is to the golf course ponds, and the birds that come every year.
