Monitored road trip in high country and back alleys

Cabin fever drove me out of the house once again. So it was time to head up to Arivaca, AZ for coffe and sweets at the Gadson Coffee house. Which was closed, so it was off too Sweet peas Cafe. Nope now replaced with BK Outlaw BBQ. Which was closed until Friday.

Off I go wandering up and around La Siesta campground and RV park for a few photos, and a visit with a talkative donkey. Then some camera work up and down back roads, alleys, crumbling buildings and back yards. Closely monitored by a couple of old hippie looking locals, and many Border Patrol vehicles. Then off to the Taco stand, which was closed. next up the grocery store, food i cried as I entered the door explaining that i couldn't find anything else open. After the purchase of a chemical ham and cheese san, two tornadoes, a can of chips and coffee. I causally asked does that bar over there served food. Oh yeah was the reply, they have great food.

Well didn't i feel like a dumb Ass, as I headed down the road for more photos along the trail to Tubac.

Nice quiet escape, four wall left behind, life is good.
